A friend's request

A request from my colleague to analyze her lunch for today.

Lunch Menu:
Tuna sandwiches with an apple

Ingredients:
White bread: 4 slices
Tuna Spreads: 2 tablespoons
Tomato: 1 whole
Apple: 1 whole


Summary:
Dear friend, your lunch will provide you with 445kcal. I would encourage you to have only 3 slices of tuna sandwiches (350kcal) for lunch. Next time, try to go for wholemeal breads with more tomatoes and salad to increase your fiber intake, ok?

The other slice you can reserve it for morning/afternoon tea break if you are hungry...enjoy your meals...
