Hmm...1 packet is about 1.5 bowl of rice. My athletes like to have at least 2 packets at one time. So, that is 3 bowls of rice oh....I doubt the sodium content is correct. Only 160mg??? May be it refers to the noodles only excluding the seasoning powders and soy sauce. They should provides the information of the seasoning as well....by the way, the seasoning oils will give you extra calories if they don't include this in their food label.
